Terms of Qoovee Asia LLP – organizer of Qoovee Business Week in Dubai
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a document representing a public offer of Qoovee Asia Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and contains the rules and conditions for the provision of services for holding Qoovee Business Week - a business week in Dubai, UAE from February 24 to 28, 2025, within the framework of which the following will be held: a conference, an exhibition (offline and online), a business program (B2B meetings) and a legal entity or an individual, by sending an application for participation in Qoovee Business Week via the link

Submitting an application for participation is the basis for issuing an invoice (for legal entities) and a receipt (for individuals) for the services specified in the questionnaire in electronic form
1.4. In the event of acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the Offer and payment for the services within the specified period, the legal entity or individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer. Acceptance of the Offer is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms and conditions set out in the Offer
1.5. In connection with the above, please study the text of this public Offer and, if you do not agree with any of its clauses, the Contractor suggests that you refuse to use the services.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision to the Customer of promotion on the wholesale platform Qoovee.com as a supplier on the Premium tariff (Premium tariff services are listed on the Qoovee.com website) and the right to participate in the Qoovee Business Week, consisting of: Conference, Exhibition, Business meeting program, which will be held from February 24 to 28, 2025. The Customer undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this public Offer and the current price list of the Contractor.
2.2. The Contractor has the right to change the Price List and the terms of this public Offer at any time unilaterally without prior agreement with the Customer, while ensuring the publication of the amended terms on the website

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1. In accordance with the subject of this public Offer, the Contractor grants the Customer the right to participate in the Qoovee Business Week in Dubai, UAE and promotion as a supplier on the wholesale platform Qoovee.com in the Premium tariff for one year from the date of tariff activation.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING SERVICES
4.1. Having reviewed the current version of the Price List, the Customer pays for participation.
4.2. After the Customer has made the payment and the funds have been credited to the Contractor's bank account, this Agreement shall enter into force.
4.3. Services shall be deemed to have been rendered properly and in full if no complaint is filed by the Customer within three days from the end of the provision of services.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
5.1. Provide the Services in full, properly and within the timeframes stipulated by this Agreement.
5.2. Provide the Customer with information and methodological materials.
5.3. Promptly post changes to the Business Week program on the official Business Week website.
5.4. In the event of a change in the terms of service provision, notify the Customer no later than 7 (seven) business days before the start of service provision.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
6.1. Make payment in the amount specified in the Price List and within the established time frame.
6.2. Ensure timely attendance of the participants at the Business Week on their part.
6.3. Provide complete and accurate information about the participants for their proper registration at the event and granting them access to the events of the Business Week
6.4. Not to perform any actions or proposals that provide grounds for legal prosecution of either the Contractor or the Customer under this Agreement.
7. TERMINATION PROCEDURE
7.1. The Contractor has the right to refuse to perform this Agreement at any time, subject to reimbursement to the Customer of the amount paid to the Contractor, and with the obligatory written notice to the Customer, via e-mail at least 5 (five) business days before the expected date of termination of the Agreement.
7.2. The Customer has the right to refuse to perform this Agreement at any time, with the obligatory written notice to the Contractor, via e-mail to office@Qoovee.com
The following refund policy applies:
- in case of refusal 60 days or earlier before the Conference – 90% of the payment amount;
- in case of refusal from 59 to 30 days before the Conference – 60% of the payment amount;
- in case of refusal from 29 to 21 days before the Conference – 40% of the payment amount;
- in case of refusal 20 days or later before the Conference – no refund. The Contractor shall transfer the funds paid by the Customer under this Agreement to the Customer’s bank account.
8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1. The parties shall bear liability for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this agreement, as provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Agreement.
8.2. The parties shall not bear liability in the event of force majeure circumstances (unforeseen, inevitable, uncontrollable phenomena and events: wars, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, etc.), about which they are obliged to notify the other party in writing no later than the next day of their occurrence with documentary evidence.
9. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
9.1. The Agreement shall enter into force from the moment specified in clause 4.2 of this Offer and shall remain in effect until the Parties fulfill their obligations.
10. DISPUTES OF THE PARTIES
10.1. In the event of disagreements or disputes on issues arising or related to this agreement, the parties shall take all measures to resolve them through negotiations in an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual understanding. If an agreement is not reached, disputes shall be resolved in the manner established by the current Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
